I would highly recommend Lisa. She provided us with an in depth strategy and routine. With her support, useful hints and tips we exceeded the goals we had set for my one year olds sleeping. He has slept through the night and now only wakes once for a feed most nights. Nap time is no longer the stressful process that used to take hours.
Lisa has been fantastic, my lg Olivia 8 months old and I have been using Lisa’s services as a sleep consultant to help my lo self-settle and sleep through the night. We are only in the 2nd week and there have been many wins already. Lisa’s passion about sleep and the well being of baby and mother have been a godsend. The one on one meetings weekly are great and being able to message or call Lisa for extra support when things are tough has been exactly what we needed.
Lisa changed our lives, our 4 month old son is like a new person- he is so happy and content and is down to 1 quick feed per night. She also guided me through phasing out his dummy. It was 100% gone within a day or two and I haven’t even reached for it for a couple of weeks now and I know I will not need to. Her techniques were gentle and I felt supported the entire time (so did my little man!). Highly recommend this talented girl!!

Before meeting with Lisa my first four months with Ari were hard work when it came to sleeping. We were up at least every two hours over night for feeding (breast feed) and Ari’s regular bed time was around 10pm. I was beyond exhausted and didn’t know what to do anymore, I had read multiple article about babies sleep but found most were just contradictory of each other. A friend gave me a great tip on using a fit ball to rock Ari to sleep which became my worst nightmare (as he would not sleep without being on the fitball). Lisa was so positive and realistic with where we would hopefully get Ari in 8 weeks and I can gladly say that we met all of our goals! Ari can now self settle himself with a little help from me, his bed time is now between 6pm-7pm and he can go 6hrs at a time over night without needing a feed. Lisa was always only a text away when I was having a hard day with Ari and throughout our 8 weeks was my support to get through the tough days/nights. I would highly recommend Lisa to any mum who is struggling with Bub and their sleep and my advice is get help earlier rather then later because I couldn’t imagine going back to the zero sleep I had 8weeks ago.
